Private provider inspector
With our Florida CHEP license, we are able to offer private provider inspections for your new or repaired septic installation.
We are authorized in the state of Florida to inspect onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems (OSTDS) to determine compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

We will submit your completed permit application to the local county health department, including site plan and soil evaluation.

Site & Soil assessment for septic system installation
We are a licensed CHEP inspector in the state of Florida.
Site Assessment is conducted on the property to determine the best location for your septic system. This includes assessing the topography, proximity to water bodies, potable and non-potable water access, existing structures, etc.
Soil Evaluation is conducted at the proposed septic location to evaluate the soil’s ability to absorb and treat wastewater. This includes checking soil texture, permeability, and seasonal high water table levels.
